This painting was inspired by my studies of Ameican Indians .

I have been doing a show in Ohio called Yankee Peddler for over 30 years and dress as American Indians. I did the painting at the show about 5 years ago working on it for all three weekends.

If you are ever in Ohio in September you need to see this show. It runs three weekends and the show has a time period of 1776 to 1876. Just bring comfortable shoes, it is a lot of walking through the woods to see the whole show.
